The information provided when submitting a Nomination Form for awards programs sponsored by the Foundation is only used internally. The Foundation does not share personally identifiable information (name, address, and/or email address) about you with others except as noted. Personal information may be stored and used internally to process the Nomination for an awards competition; notify semifinalists, finalists, winners and provide the names and affiliations for press releases about award winners.
